Visionary Realms' Creative Director Chris "Joppa" Perkins has eloquently explained what Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen is actually trying to bring to the MMORPG genre, and what type of player would likely enjoy it. While his statements may not be too surprising to fans who have been following the game closely, it does raise some questions in my mind about whether or not it's really accurate to refer to Pantheon as an "old school" MMO.
